Advanced Design:
QDY Type Double Girder Overhead Crane can also achieve remote control through telemetry and remote control technology, to ensure that the equipment can be used in high dust, high pollution, high temperature and other harsh environment, improve its adaptability and greatly expand its work range.
Considering the lifting objects of metallurgical cranes are relatively complex, including liquid metal, nuclear materials, large equipment, etc., so for the safety of personnel and equipment, it is necessary to install safety brakes in the main lifting mechanism of metallurgical cranes, through the mechanical control of hydraulic mechanism.
When the QDY Type Double Girder Overhead Crane starts, the safety brake works first, and the working brake on the high-speed shaft starts working again. When the metallurgical crane brake, the working brake brake, the safety brake brake according to the preset time delay. In this way, it can be ensured that when the transmission part in the transmission link is damaged or broken, the object being hoisted is in a safe state.
Composition:
The crane is mainly composed of five parts: main trolley, auxiliary trolley, bridge frame, trolley traveling mechanism, hook group and electrical control system. The hook group is suspended on the main trolley by the wire rope, the distance between the two plate hooks is fixed, and the ladle is lifted. The two trolleys can be operated separately to complete various lifting operations, and can also be linked to complete ladle overturning, dumping of residual steel, and waste slag operations. The main and auxiliary lifting mechanism adopts stator voltage regulation and speed regulation. The traveling mechanism of the trolley and the crane adopts the frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed regulation ratio is 1:10, and the PLC is controlled.
